Whatever it may be, HC110 is hardly a solvent developer. 30 ml of HC110 concentrate weighs 25.5 grams and makes about 960 ml of dilution B. That much D-76 has 96 grams of sodium sulfite. HC110 gets its sulfite from a sulfur dioxice organic complex. It cannot possibly have even 1/4 as much sulfite ion as D-76.
